A WATERBORNE INTUMESCENT COATING DESIGNED TO PREVENT SPREAD OF FIRE ON INTERNAL SURFACES

• Intumescent coating classified to European Standard EN 13501-1
• Achieves European Class B-s1, d0 on internal surfaces
• Waterborne
• Dries to a matt white finish
• Can be overcoated with Zeroflame Topcoat W

Use

Zeroflame Wood-S has been successfully tested to European Standard EN13501-1, achieving B-s1, d0 on wood and wood based substrates with a minimum thickness of 8mm and density ≥338kg/m³, and on any substrates having fire class A1 or A2-s1, d0 (non-combustible substrates) with minimum thickness 6mm and density ≥338m³.

Appearance & Overcoating

Zeroflame Wood-S achieves a matt white finish. If an alternative colour or gloss level is required, Zeroflame Topcoat W is available.

3.3m²/kg if used without Zeroflame Topcoat W

2.5m²/kg if used with Zeroflame Topcoat W

Without Zeroflame Topcoat W:

300g/m², achieving 230µm WFT/160µm DFT

With Zeroflame Topcoat W:

400g/m², achieving 305µm WFT/215µm DFT
